Terms of delivery:

The FREE SHIPPING* promotion is available for deliveries within the European Union. The promotion period can last anywhere from one day to one month. Please always check if a promotion is currently active.

* Free shipping is NOT valid for Switzerland, Norway, Finland, and Sweden.

Standard shipping fees

European Union: Flat rate 30 EUR per order
(Only one shipping fee will be added to your order, regardless of the number of products in your CART.)

Special shipping rates

Finland: 60 EUR
Sweden: 30 EUR
Switzerland: 30 EUR
Norway: 30 EUR

We use GLS / DPD / FedEx shipping services to deliver the products directly to your address.

The shipping costs are added directly to your basket prior to products purchase.

The delivery takes about 5-8 working days depending on regions. ( Please see estimate time of shipping at the CHECKOUT )

For deliveries to SWITZERLAND, NORWAY please note that IMPORT DUTY AND VAT must be paid upon receiving the package. These extra fees are invoced by our shipping partner FedEx. Please ask you local CUSTOM office for more information. The shipping fee of 30.00 EUR is also added to your CART during the order process to cover the high shipping costs to these countries.

Returns and Refunds:

We seek the satisfaction of our customers and so our services are customer oriented. We offer a 30 day no questions asked buy back guarantee.

Our whole policy is consistent with romanian law OUG 130/2000 and O.U.G. nr.174 / 2008 for online and distance sales.

Every customer has the right to cancel the order without any reason, and should contact us via email before returning the product.

We will refund the full amount paid for the product within a 7 day time period, counting from receiving back the item. Refunds made through PayPal will be directly credited to buyer’s PayPal account.

Credit and Debit card purcheses will be refunded to the cardholders account.

The customer has the responsibility to verify the integrity of package on the time of arrival. In case the package is damaged or incomplete, please refuse to sign it and file the GLS/DPD/ParcelForce complaint report.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 working days of receipt of the goods.

How to return or exchange an item:

1.Send us an email notification asking for the free return. Our colleagues will make contact with you to confirm the collection address and preferred collection date. The cost of the return is supported by the company Scut Protection SRL

2.Place the original package in a different box or ship the initial package with product labels intact.

3.Include the invoice and the reason for return. In case of failing to do so, please include a written explanation.

4.Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original packaging.

5.We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
