When the page is showing FREE SHIPPING it means there is an ongoing promotion when no shipping fee will be added to your CART, regardles the number of products you order. The FREE SHIPPING promotion is available for European deliveries. The promotion period can be anywhere between a day and a month. Please always check if there is a live is ongoing. promotion.
The shipping fee has a flat rate of 30 EUR for all EUROPE. Only one shipping fee will be added to your order, no matter how many products you have in your CART.
We use GLS/DPD/ParcelForce shipping services for the delivery of the products directly to your adress.

|Returns and Refunds:|

|Our whole policy is consistent with romanian law OUG 130/2000 and O.U.G. nr.174 / 2008 for online and distance sales.|
|Every customer has the right to cancel the order without any reason, and should contact us via email before returning the product.|
|We will refund the full amount paid for the product within a 7 day time period, counting from receiving back the item. Refunds made through PayPal will be directly credited to buyer’s PayPal account.|
|Credit and Debit card purcheses will be refunded to the cardholders account.|
|The customer has the responsibility to verify the integrity of package on the time of arrival. In case the package is damaged or incomplete, please refuse to sign it and file the GLS/DPD/ParcelForce complaint report.|
|We will not refund damaged packages without the above-mentioned GLS/DPD/ParcelForce report. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 working days of receipt of the goods.|
|How to return or exchange an item:|
|Place the original package in a different box or ship the initial package with product labels intact.|
|Include the invoice and the reason for return. In case of failing to do so, please include a written explanation.|
|Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original packaging.|
|We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.|
